On 26 May, the Troyeville Hotel hosts Jo Ratcliffe, one of South Africa's leading photographers. She'll be talking about her latest work: a collection of photographs of the battlefields of Angola taken when she visited the area with former soldiers. Jo will talk to Philip Miller about the landscape, the soldiers and the way the Angolan war has penetrated their (and our) view of the region and its history.
